When the Grandparents, Interrupted moved in, DI and I moved up. To the second-largest bedroom in the house, that is, on the second floor of the house.
It’s a smaller room than we’ve been living in, of course, but I love it. I love how cozy it is; I love how we’ve gotten closer to the boys since we moved up here; I love the chair I’m sitting in (a lime green leather club chair that was a gift two Christmases ago from DI).
I come up here and exercise at night. I play video games. I write. I read. I escape.
What the heck is she doing now?
