
There’s good news and bad news.
The bad news: I didn’t average my goal of seven hours of sleep each night.
The good news: I improved my average by .7 of an hour, which is huge.
I’m going to keep graphing my sleep; I’m way too nerdily excited to find out if my new fancy bed is really making a difference. Of course, I’m not sure what I’ll do if I find out the bed is actually hurting my sleep.
