At first, I got to thinking that improvement projects may be a bad idea for this.
In January, I wrote down everything I ate. I gained weight.
In February, I tried to get seven hours of sleep and bought a brand new bed. Seven hours proved elusive, but I am delighted to discover just now that I have improved my average duration. With one day to go, I am happy to report that my average sleep duration went from 309 minutes a night to 345 minutes. That’s real progress!
I think I have a good, different take for March’s project. Stay tuned!
What the heck is she doing now?
