I think we all know I’ve completely lost my time sense, so I’m not even going to apologize any more, and just get down to it.
The coolest thing of last week actually had its roots in a suggestion weeks ago. One of the Daughters, Interrupted sent me a note letting me know that Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood would be in town playing the Celebrity Theatre. DI is not much of a Whose Line Is It, Anyway fan (or if she is, I completely missed it), but she had remembered that Dad, Interrupted, the Sons, Interrupted, and myself had really enjoyed the show.
Which is cool.
We bought tickets, added one for the Girlfriend, Interrupted of eldest Son, Interrupted, and then arranged to go.
Son, Interrupted forgot we had gotten a ticket for GI and forgot to get off work. Luckily GI was still available, her dad (also a fan) was available, and off we went.
Celebrity Theatre looks exactly the same as it did when I saw my first concert there in 1974. (Jerry Jeff Walker, Viva Terlingua tour) That was depressing.
Colin and Brad were hilarious.
