To put it mildly: yesterday was fairly crappy. Frustrating, infuriating, annoying, discouraging…all. day. long.

The besst part? I went to bed happy. I did not let any of that get to me too hard (which will be news to my coworkers, who listened to me being frustrated, infuriated, annoyed, and discouraged all. day. long).

Right this moment, I cannot access how angry I was. I remember that I *was* very angry, but it’s like a movie of someone else.

I didn’t know I could do that.
