I bet you weren’t expecting that I would actually do the one thing I haven’t done for a bit: post on sequential days, and for only one day. !Psych!

That’s almost the Besst, right there on its own.

The besst thing about today was that it rained awfully hard during the day. We live in the desert, where it rains so infrequently that when it actually does get around to raining, we all run out to watch.

And the part of town I work in got drenched, an event that’s been happening all over town for the last few days. You can almost hear the desert go “aaaaaaah” as it gets a long drink of water.

Add to that the fact that I get so freaking tired of the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Asphalt here and it’s just a delight when we get huge towering clouds and thunder and lightning.

Aaaaaaaah.
