From an analytic standpoint, Thursday and Friday were…challenging. But not horrible.

Friday was highlighted by a terrific Puerto Rican meal at Puerto Rico Latin Bar & Grill. I had the Chuletas Fritas (fried pork chops) and the flan…it was to die for. And I don’t even like flan.

What is the Besst project?
