The Besst of Wednesday and Thursday are really a combo deal; they can’t exist without the other.
As I nervously paced my office yesterday and most of today waiting for programming events to take place, I was tense, yes, but not panicky. Which is a big deal for me, as I stress these things out pretty quickly. I managed to have a good day, and a nice night, and have a terrific lunch today with wonderful people.
I even managed to make a birthday cake in there somewhere.
Besst of all, late this afternoon I was able to see the results of the smoke test. I was all alone in that office by that point, nervous as heck, but I ran the analyses and…
Imagine me pacing around in here.
Well. We still have to verify our numbers but it looks like it ran pretty danged well.
I work with wonderful people, which is the besst thing of all.
