I am drawing a complete blank on today.

Oh, don’t get me wrong: I remember all of it. And none of it was awful. There were some mild moments of satisfaction, and there are some ongoing breath-holding moments as the first smoke test of our Very Important Project runs tomorrow. (Keeping your fingers crossed on that one could help ensure a very nice Besst for tomorrow or Thursday.)

Ummm….I have a new customer, and when I say ‘customer,’ I mean he has no choice but to buy my product. I have, as they say, a captive audience.

That doesn’t make a difference to me. Well, actually it does. My customers are not only stuck with me, they have to pay for me and my team’s services. I’m part of their administrative overhead that cuts into their profits and their bonuses. So I’m determined to make sure that they never look at the service we provide and shake their heads, muttering.

My new customer is in town this week, and I ran into him this afternoon. Nice guy. We’re talking again tomorrow.

What is the Besst project?

And why is it called Besst?
