Dinner at Los Dos Molinos was awesome last night. I had the adovada empanada, or at least half of an empanada, as eating the entire thing would violate my rule about never eating anything bigger than my head.

I was halfway through the half when I realized that for the second night in a row I was enjoying my meal en croute. (If my French were better I’d know whether I was supposed to put an accent somewhere in there.)

What is the Besst project? 

And why is it called Besst?
