Well, that’s embarrassing.

I kept thinking it was Tuesday today, and that I just needed to post Monday’s Besst. Imagine my chagrin when I realized it was Thursday, and I’ve biffed three days. Oy.

Monday – 2/18: traffic was really, really light. I don’t get a bunch of these bank holidays off, like President’s Day, or MLK, or Columbus Day. But driving to work on those days is always awesome, and almost worth not having the day off.

Tuesday – 2/19: I won my DietBet! This is how it works. The one I was doing ended Tuesday, and I was one of the group who hit the goal, and I won $44.65!

Wednesday – 2/20: So I’m on one of our ubiquitous conference calls with my team and we look out the window of my office and see snow falling. In Phoenix. I’ve seen that happen twice before in 30+ years living in the Valley. (I spent about six years living in Flagstaff, where that stuff happens all the time.)
