There is no way I’m going to be able to update this in the morning, what with the early conference call right before I leave for the airport. So I’m going to call it early:

In a day full of win, The Besst was meeting the estimable Diane Parker Meehl, my fellow columnist at the Ahwatukee Foothills News and an accomplished writer. When I sit around and kick myself for not being published enough, it’s because I’m reading her bio. (And I am sitting here more than a little full of myself because a real writer said I was funny. I’ll be riding that compliment for a while…)
